I have been struggling with the suction cups version for a while, it let the sun come in at the edges, it keep falling off and we couldn't open the windows... all that until we bought this shade. It covers my CRV 2012 windows perfectly and it is very easy to install. I am very happy i decided I to buy this version not old one (the one that covers the outside of the window), since it looks so much better. The material is soft and strechy so it good looking from the inside too.

This is the second set I buy. The first set lasted two years of Island salty, sunny, rainy weather, which is amazing.I am very happy with new improvement they made. I think it will last for many more years now.This is the only shade that has ever worked for us, so don't waste your money on other shades that will only bring frustrations and waste your money.

Love these window shades and would highly recommend them! After having tried multiple shades to limit the exposure of desert sunlight to the backseat, I decided to give these a try. A couple months after putting these on my car, I can say I am impressed and my kiddos love how much the shades reduce the sunlight coming through their windows. Additionally, because they are only one sided (made to be on the interior side of the window) I have not had any issues with them get wet during rain storms or collecting dust during sand storms and the kids are still able to roll their windows up and down. These have been a perfect solution.

These window shades are definitely worth it. The price is great, they are easy to put on, but not easy for the child to pull them down. They have UV protection which is great. One of the most fascinating things about the shades to me is that you can still roll down your window with these in place. The shade acts like a screen. Genius! Get them, you won't be disappointed. These are great!! I worried about hearing flapping in the wind on the freeway, but it doesn't flap in the wind. You can also roll the window down and keep shade on the little ones. A hidden bonus is that it blocks items being thrown out the window by your toddler. :)

If you have frameless car windows this wont work. On my smaller car with framed windows it was not quite as easy to get and keep on as I would have liked - basically we have it wrapped around a bolt inside the frame of the car and through the door handle. That said, it's great that I can roll the window down for some air, my toddler can't yank it down because it's only on the outside of the car, and it stays in place once I have it on.

CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THE PRICE BUT JUST MAKE SURE YOU NEED THEM FOR THE BACK BCS I NEEDED THEM FOR THE FRONT STILL WORKS BUT STILL NOT MADE FOR THE FRONT....

I use 2 screens on 1 window, one layer lets in too much sun. It doesn't cover the bottom few inches in Honda Odyssey, but mostly protects when 2 shades are used. The con - the elastic on the outside vibrates with speed, like a pressed down guitar string or cicada, so there a constant noise.
