The 22-018-1 Power Pack Standard SX is a compact, metal-bodied controller designed for N and Small HO scale DC trains. Fully compatible with KATO Unitrack accessories, it features built-in overload and short circuit protection with a reset switch, and a snap connector output for KATO turnout control switches. Measuring 136 x 118 x 78mm, it offers reliable, upgradeable power control for smooth, safe model train operation.

Excellent power pack for running Kato or Hobbytrain locomotives and trains. Allows interior lights to turn on without forward motion at least until throttle power is increased slowly until desired train speed is reached. Notes: 1) requires additional purchase of 110V power pack as well as a Kato cable to connect device to Kato track.

No power pack included. For very little more you can buy an m1 set with track and complete set up.

Kato makes a fantastic UNI track product and this power pack is part of the system. This performs very well but remember that you need to buy the AC adapter separately unless this comes as a part of a kit
