Q: What are all of the colors?

Yellow, light blue,, clear, grey and darker yellow to rose color (amber)

Q: Will they fit over regular glasses?

The glasses fit very tight to your face. Regular glasses would not fit underneath.

Q: How are these as far as fogging up? My son shoots trap in Kentucky and sometimes tha humidity is crazy. Antifogging is paramount.

I havent had any issues with them fogging. Great ventilation. The fit is breathable and secure.

Q: How does it feel when wearing ear muffs for shooting? I nticed some the rims are too thick and its uncomfortable

Right, they are a little thick, but I believe that's because they are adjustable. I wear them with ear muffs and don't have a problem. I normally shoot at an indoor range and normally I'm in and out within an hour. So far it hasn't been a problem for me.
