Not sure what all to say. Love the plot, love the twists. Love the romance. Love the characters. Not your typical cozy and I can’t wait to start the next book! Thank you!

This is my 1st read by author Louise Clark.It was an interesting storyline that I certainly could not have predicted. It also took a stretch of the imagination to accept a mystery book with a talking cat. There were parts that caused me to laugh out loud and parts that were chilling. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series. THESE REVIEWS WOULD BE SO MUCH EASIER IF ONE DID NOT HAVE TO GO BACK AND CORRECT GRAMMATICAL AND SPELLING ERRORS OF THIS PROGRAM!!!!

Louise Clark is masterful in this murder mystery tale. I enjoyed it immensely. Well written. Interesting characters. And the murdered husband’s spirit inhabiting their pat cat was a surprise that added humor and plot twists. Louise is a new favorite author of mine!

Very interesting storyline with some very surprising twists! Great cozy mystery with likable characters and a mysterious cat. Will continue to read in the series.

A fairly good read. Funny use of a "talking cat." But an interesting story line. It did keep me reading it until the end. Some lags through the plot, but all and all good.

I was a little skeptical of this cat mystery atfirst, but as it progressed it really sparked myinterest. As we were taken deeper and deeperinto this intriguing mystery it became harder toput down. The characters are fascinating and Iespecially like Stormy/Frank, the cat. This wasa very well written and exciting mystery and I'mlooking forward to starting book #2.

A lighthearted tale, easy to read and good to the end. The characters were interesting and I liked the use of Quinn's father Ray to move the story along. And making him a bit of a hippie type was humorous . I recommend this for an enjoyable read.

Frank Jamieson is missing and so are funds from the Jamieson Trust which support his family! He is rumored to be in Mexico with a girlfriend living it up on the ill-gotten gains, but would he just have abandoned his young daughter?Christy , his wife, wants answers! I wish such things would actualy happen. It would be nice to find closure after someone has died. Interesting plot and story. Recommend.

Mir hat's nicht gefallen - zu viel Liebesgeschichte, zu wenig Katze.Da der ermordete Ehemann in der Katze steckt, benimmt sich diese wie ein Mensch und spricht auch so (telepathisch); Katzen-Eigenheiten spielen keine Rolle. Ich finde z.B. die "Magical Cats" Reihe von Sofie Kelly nett zu lesen - abgesehen von der einen außergewöhnlichen Fähigkeit, die jede der beiden Kater hat, sind es richtige Katzen und die Interaktionen mit ihrem Menschen sind recht amüsant beschrieben.

At last a mystery that was a real pleasure to read.Well drawn characters,a mystery intriguing enough to keep one gripped to the very end,whymsical without being mushy and above all no gratuitous four letter words(all too common in so many books now).Please keep writing more

After Christy’s husband, Frank, heir to an ice cream dynasty disappears, everyone suspects that he stole from his trust fund. He was a drug addict and not the best husband, but he adored their daughter, Noelle, and Christy believes that he would never intentionally abandon her.Successful journalist Quinn helps Christy unravel the truth with the help of Stormy the cat who it seems actually embodies the spirit of Frank. The cat can talk to Christy, Noelle, and Roy (Quinn’s famous novelist father) but unfortunately not with Quinn, whose mind cannot accept that cats can talk and that Stormy is actually Frank.

Almost perfect. Frank made a bad mistake and his cat saw it all. Stormy had to get home to get help .
