First time putting it on was hard. But I did it alone. It's comfortable and it fits just right. I say to wipe it off after you wear it because you will sweat a lot. I love this. Will be ordering another.

I just ordered this today and I'm in love. It took 2 days to ship and when I got it, I immediately put it on. I starting hooking it from the top and make my way down to the bottom. I'm on the first row and hopefully I can start making my way to the second very soon.I'm 4'10 and weigh 143 lb with a 33' waist. I ordered a large and it fits like a glove. At first when I put it on, it felt weird and it felt like my stomach was going into a black hole, but once you wear it for a couple of hours, it feels great.I'm honestly so in love with this waist trainer and the price was even better.

It fits as expected, however if you have an allergy to latex, as I do, I don't recommend it. I thought that since it was layered I wouldn't have to worry about it, but not 5 minutes with it on I was itching. I have belly bands that I used when pregnant to look like I had on tank tops underneath my shirts to cover my belly, so I'm going to try to use those underneath and see how they work. So besides the allergy, which is no fault of the manufacturer, I think it works great. I was sweating immediately with it, also.

I like this product but I would get a size smaller than suggested if I was to buy one again. BUT my body type might not be your body type. Overall I like this body shaper and it does help smooth over the tummy area. Good Luck to you.

Love it, use it to work out, but does not look good under a dress. I wear mine in the house or under a sweater if I go out in it. Once wore it for 9 hours and was comfortable the hole time.

Purchased a size Large. Im 5'3 169 pounds sz 10. It's a lil hard to put on but it fits once its on. I workout with my waist trainer. It really helps you sweat. Haven't notice my waist shrinking yet. But I still love my waist trainer

I own now three waist trainers and I will say that this one is my favorite fit! Reason being it is my favorite fit is because most waist trainers or longer then your actual waist and end up poking you in the hip or upper thigh area as though to be made for an extremely tall person. When this one seem to have more realistic waistlines or abdominal cavity so to speak. The others I have are latex and this one is not yet it is absolutely the best one of them and I am so the most results with this one to be quite honest as well initially with one I could only snap to the least to where it was the farthest out and about two and a half weeks end I was able to get to hook 3 the smallest line of hooks where I had a smaller waist and comfortably so. I also in time of using this drink a lot of water then more exercise and get a bit of targeting my abdominal area to lose and tone. It worked and this works and I love it it is very comfortable and efficient and if you're looking for a waist trainer to try that will work and not hold you hostage but hold you hostage where it counts this is the one for you!
