Looking After Your Mental Health : James, Alice, Stowell, Louie, Leschnikoff, Nancy: desertcart.in: Books Review: This has been fantastic to read with my 6 year old (skipping some parts not relevant to his age). He's able to learn about how people feel and know that all emotions are normal. He's learning how to chanel those emotions and find ways of coping with them within the book. Very easy read and keeps us interested. Definitely recommend. Review: Awesome book. Written for the UK so some different phrasing, but an amazing resource to help kids (and adults!) recognize and take care of their mental health.
