There are plenty of knock off,s that are cheaper.But do you want risk poor quality from China ?Or even worse , inferior materials , or poisonous materials ?Buy the Original.

Worked well for a year, after that flow of water reduced
Installation went without issues, flow was great at the beginning but within a year flow of water reduced.

Worth every penny for truly clean water....
What a wonderful product! I had no idea how well this filter would clean my tap water, but after changing my old Franke filter (which was dark brown with sediment and foreign particles) I now know! Worth every penny for my family to drink truly clean, great-tasting water!

Not what it used to be.
The filters that I've purchased before lasted at least 6 months with one lasting almost a year. My most recent purchase (2 of them) lasted no more than 2 with similar usage. In fact, it slowed down significantly within 4 weeks but I can't stand to replace so quickly that I use it with a very slow flow for another month or so before biting the bullet and replace it. I think I have ro switch the system. $30 a month for filtered water is a bit much
