Goes together fairly easily (for a 39 year old) and makes for a sound stocking filler for any star wars fan over a certain age - I say 'a certain age' because the assembly and subsequent playability of the model is quite fragile - anyone under the age of, say, 9, could be quickly frustrated by the inherent fraigility of a card-slot model.

Bought as a gift but well received.

A really well designed book that will keep the reader occupied and informed while making Star Wars themed models from the various cut outs. The perfect gift for young (and old) Star Wars enthusiasts.

A fantastic Star Wars related memorabilia. The Book contains full details and schematics for building a detailed Millennium Falcon out of card. The front of the book comes packed with Star Wars trivia as well as various Star Wars themed games/puzzles as well as detailed instructions on how to assemble the model. The rear of the book contains all the panels you need to fully assemble your model (no glue required), the finished model even features moveable parts.The full model is supplied inside the book ready to be punched out and assembled by following the instructions contained in the book. The card model comes features beautifully detailed artwork to help bring the model fully to life,is made from good grade.It does seem a little expensive, but it's genuine Star Wars merchandise and I think it could well become a collectors item in years to come. I love it and it has exceeded my expectations.

This is a great gift for a young Star Wars enthusiast. I say 'young' because this book contains the parts for a Millennium Falcon model that is particularly pitched at the younger model maker - nothing sharp or awkward. The end result is over a foot long (35cm) and looks cool. It s made of a similar material to those pop-up aeroplanes that come folder flat in a packet. This has a high finish on the components but is more foam than cardboard. This îs not a precision airfix kit, but you can build in it ten minutes and it is a great toy.What must not be ignored is the book inside which has 32 packed pages, full of photos,, diagrams, information and puzzles. This book will keep next generation star wars fans buy for hours!I would say this is ideal for the 7 to 13 age group, although some children will differ.
