I bought this stuff to run along the door edge on my car. It's black and has some chips and this would hide those. It is smaller than some of the other door edge stuff I've used (back in the '90's) and it looks really nice installed.Unfortunately, it has a memory and wants to curly back up into the roll that it was shipped in. Get it in the sunlight, the adhesive melts and it pulls away from the door and curls. The adhesive is just to soft and gummy and doesn't work in the heat. I ended up pulling it off. I had to use mineral spirits to remove the adhesive residue.I really wanted it to work out but the adhesive just isn't up to the task, at least for use on a car door where the car sits in the sun. I wouldn't recommend it. Take a look at other products.

This door guard looked good on my RAV4 2021. This review is more for buyer awareness. This is only adhesive no metal clips to fully secure the rubber strip. The installation was easy and straight fwd. after a month I started to notice the strip was starting peel off and all the dirt from road was accumulating under the strip. This caused the strip to ultimately loose adhesion and fail. I ended up loosing two strips. I finally decided to pull it all out and what you see is the end result with picture. The adhesive was stubborn to removed no amount of power washed helped. I had to spend another 20 usd for googone to removed the residue.
