If you don’t like feeling very wired, don’t buy this product. It’s very strong — but it’s also amazing. It’s not like many other thermogenic pre-workouts that promise everything and do nothing. This one really works. I take it about 15–20 minutes before arriving at the gym with a little bit of water, not a full shaker. I usually only use it on leg days (lower body workouts) because it gives a lot of strength and energy for those heavier training days. For upper body workouts I don’t even take it because I don’t feel like I need that much energy. You should only take it if you plan to stay at the gym for at least an hour. Otherwise it’s too much energy. Also, take it early in the day because if you take it later in the afternoon, you probably won’t sleep. It gives enough energy to train for about an hour and a half and still go home and keep doing things. This product is real and very effective.

This is my first pre-workout so I can’t judge it 100% accurately. But, this stuff is really strong and it has a pretty good flavor. The only negative I can see is that it makes my face tingle, but that’s expected because of how strong it is. I don’t know what other pre-workout is like and was going to give this only four stars because it’s not what I imagine a perfect pre-workout would be (probably what steroids feel like), but they put so much pre-workout in one jug that I wouldn’t be surprised if it was 30% more pre-work out than advertised. They don’t cheap out and and cheat you and I really love that about them.

Obviously results with just about any product are personal so with that in mind I'll just list what it did for me. For my first workout I followed the instructions to use half a scoop until used to this product. I got a tingling sensation like most other people do and just slightly warm. During my workout it was a dud. I didn't feel anything different or a good pump like some other quality pre-workouts are able to significantly give. I gave this product two more shots though as I don't like to try something and not give it its proper chance. The next two times were the same of a dud with no positive difference. In fact on the last try it gave me some pretty bad nausea and made me more lethargic than anything during the workout. As for the flavor, I personally don't get pre-workout for the flavor but it was fair. I definitely wouldn't recommend this product to anyone, again, simply based off my personal results.
