It seemed to work but gave me bad night sweats - totally soaked sheets and pillow cases with the AC on. I've tried many arginine blends with varying results, but the Nitrosigine was bad for me. Your experience may differ. The sweats cleared up as soon as I stopped taking it and never came back.

This is a very good product my blood pressure was 138 /89 after 2 pills and 45 minutes later blood pressure was 118/83 now thats the good news the bad news is its is only effective for about 2-3 hours so if you want to keep your blood pressure under control for 24 hours you would have to take 16 pills in 24 hours might get very costly but if you want to talk it pre workout it would be great 2 pills before your workout and 2 pills after.

Had no noticeable effect prior to hard running, gym workouts, bike rides, or hikes. I wanted it to work and was disappointed it had no performance improvements whatsoever.
