Headset resulted in so much static on my calls that I wasn't able to use it. If there was a way to adjust settings to correct this, I couldn't figure it out because the headset came with no instructions.

This telephone headset works perfectly with my IP equipment. For upwards of the last ten years, either my husband, myself, or both have worked online, so we've accumulated quite a bit of equipment. That includes three IP phones and several amplifiers.This headset is plugged in and starts working right away. It's one of my favorites already, because the call quality is excellent. I've got a headset that cost twice as much as the retail price of this one, but broke. The noise cancellation aspect is what I find most impressive.I live in a major city, a block away from a major thoroughfare, and about five blocks away from a hospital. I hear it all, from crashes, sirens, and garbage trucks, to fights...but customers don't. If it weren't for headsets like this one, I'd never be able to work from home.In addition, this headset is extremely comfortable. It's lightweight and sits comfortably on my ears. It's easily adjusted, so it can be used by the both of us. Overall, I think anyone would be happy with the performance and quality of this headset, and I'd recommend it.I received this telephone headset free to evaluate in exchange for my honest review.
