Very practical and inspiring book. I recommend to everyone who wants to grow spiritually. It has all the ingredients for everyone to explore life.

Initially I was excited to purchase this book and give it a read until I saw it was only 140 or so pages long. I was still stuck in the paradigm that more equals more.I decided to go for it given every single review here is 5 stars. I am now only 50 percent of the way through reading but can clearly see the power of the books simplicity and distilled information that cuts right to the heart of the chase. Read each section slowly and let the self evident truths transform your false, limiting, and fearful paradigms to truthful, liberating, and peaceful ones.A book to read again and again over a lifetime that is at the very heart of what we truly seek in and from life.
