Not as heavy as silpats but still very useful. Corners sometimes curl, sheet may even fold a bit, esp. w. light weight foods like kale, etc. Food dries fine - no issues. Ultimately, very happy with these liners. They fit in 9 tray Excalibur perfectly - box = 9 sheets. Keeps screens clean (I find screens far more challenging to clean) Tomatoes stain somewhat as does anyth. w. oil - not a big deal, IMHO. A godsend for drying sticky fruits/ veggies - pears, apples, peaches... tomatoes. I clean sheets after every use. A quick soak w. the tiniest drop of dish soap (don't soak too long, else soap could flavor sheets?) Clean up is easy peasy. Love 'em so much, bought some for friends who keep their dehydrator going 24/7 w. a lrg garden. They use them almost daily. Would definitely recommend this product!

If like me, you are looking at Teflon sheets because you used wax paper in your dehydrator, you'll be happy with this purchase. I used these for making wild blackberry fruit leather and it came out perfectly. The fruit leather didn't stick and it didn't stain. I expected that wild blackberries would leave a little discoloration on the Teflon sheets but it didn't. I was pleasantly surprised. They are a little pricey but the lost fruit leather using wax paper was even more costly. Also, I don't have to continue to purchase parchment paper and these fit perfectly on the trays. They don't curl up like parchment paper either. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

These work great … I just started dehydrating and at first I was using parchment paper but having to cut and trim them out every time was a hassle. Once cut, you can use these over and over .. very easy to clean and your dehydrator trays stay perfectly clean! They clean up extremely easy .. I just soak them in dishwater for a few minutes and then a simple wipe and everything comes off. Makes the whole process a LOT easier!

Great product! They are different from the originals (they don't claim to be the same). The texture of this one is rough, but it's a good alternative for getting several sheets at a reasonable price.

These Chuzy Chef solid silicone dehydrator sheets have been perfect for use in my 6 tray Cosori dehydrator. I had to trim 2 sides of each square to fit my trays, but they have been workhorses - easy to clean, completely non-stick for fruit leathers and other moist mixtures, easy to roll up and store, and have made dehydrating a breeze. Some fruit mixtures have permanently stained my sheets but this is not a deal-breaker for me as I'm very pleased with their performance. I'm only been using 6 sheets of the 9 in the pack -they are going strong and show no signs of being needing to be replaced (other than appearance) so still have 3 sheets in backup. Very pleased with my purchase!

Used the sheets to dehydrate hot sauce I make so I can have hot pepper powder. Being Teflon the dried purée easily peeled away. There is a little texture to the surface so it picked up a little bit of a stain. Giving them a rinse removed about half of the stain. Overall I’m satisfied with the results, may pick up more as the needs arise.
