Very sharp ... grates cheese and ginger super fine but the best is zesting lime/lemon. For the first time i zested lemon without scrapping the bitter white layer of skin. The product came super tasy usimg the zest from this grater. Highly recommend !

However, considering the performance and build quality, this zester is definitely worth the extra money compared to others on the market. Plus, it’s dishwasher safe, which is a must for easy cleaning. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to upgrade the protective sheath. Other than that, this lemon zester is a game-changer in my kitchen!
