The carpet seems to be of very high quality and has a good look to it. However it appeared to be cut just a little short. The deck on my boat is exactly 20 feet long and the carpet ended up being one inch to short luckily the molding covered it up. The shipping took entirely too long the product showed up an entire week later that the latest estimated delivery date. In total the product took over three weeks to arrive at my house.

We able to install in a boat by myself. This carpet seems to Brad apart at the cut a little but all in all is holding up and adds a good softness

Very cheap carpet. The backing glue seeped through the carpet. It ruined the installation.

Well, we have remodeled a pontoon boat with new marine plywood and everything. It looks great and the carpet went on easily.. exactly like the boat places and videos tell you to install the carpet. I started to buy the more expensive that is a higher weight but, the sales girl said not to go with a heavier gauge because if we were using it for fishing, the hooks would get caught in the carpet because the heavier carpet is looped. Well, we chose this in the light gray carpet which is 2-3 shades lighter on a boat than what this small swatch on amazon shows you. It looks great and feels okay except, it ball up and seems like we will always be picking small material pieces off of it or need to vacuum the carpet (not usually done on a pontoon) The worst part is there are 2-3 places that seem as if the glue has bled through, it looks brown, as if someone got on the boat with dirt and muddy shoes, but it is still in the driveway undergoing the remodel. And yes it was covered and did not get wet. We used the spreader and spread the glue constantly on the boat but, for some reason this happened. And it is so much trouble getting the already glued carpet off and redone, I'm not sure what to do now. We do wish we had gone with a darker color.
