Samsung phones never work above 1 year. I have used Samsung S9plus, S10plus and using S21Ultra since last 8 months, had to giveup all the phones for "Moisture detected" issue. I even got them repaired but they dont work and water resistance goes for a toss once the phone is opened.

This doesn't holds the warranty for india. And samsung india won't help you if you buy Snapdragon888. Having heating issues as well. Complete waste of money

However, I am glad that I purchased the S21 Ultra. It was the best decision I made this year.Excellent build quality. Great camera. Excellent screen. Good battery life (with 120 Hz WQHD+). Smooth performance. This phone is a head-turner.The S21 ultra is a serious upgrade from my OnePlus 6T. The display is smooth and quick. The one sold in India is with Exynos and the phone heats up when used for longer durations. While charging too, the phone is heating up but it could be since I am using a charger received with Samsung A51. The camera is awesome, especially with the 108 MP option. Overall the phone is good but does not give a 5-star rating for the fact that there are heating issues that too on a flagship model. Not sure if it will be sorted with a software update...fingerprint lock is much improved now.... the 120hz refresh rate is just awesome and it is adaptive as well and goes down to a 10hz refresh rate when it is not heavily used...All in all, I love this phone and everything that comes with it. I am really glad that Samsung's OneUI has improved, and I honestly do not miss the stock Pixel launcher. Surprisingly enough, I use Bixby routines.Best camera and display phone in the world with 100x zoom, the phone is better than any mid-range DSLR.---------------Good Features------------------1. You can capture high-quality shots in the dark using Night Mode.2. Samsung has launched the Exynos-powered version of this phone in India.It is better than the Snapdragon 888 processor.3. The S-Pen can now trigger actions when you make gestures in the air.4. Great overall performance5. Excellent primary and optical zoom cameras6. Excellent screen and speakers.7. Impressive construction quality8. S-Pen is genuinely useful.9. 100x zoom with zoom lock technology.10. Probably it will be better than the iPhone 13 pro max and others11. battery backup is very good. And no heating problem.---------------Bad Features------------------1. No charger in the box, if you are paying around 95k for a phone(after the bank offer you would expect a charger, though you can use the coupon that you get from Samsung shop to get a combo of earbuds and charger for 990 rs )...2. Charging speed - Max fast charging is 25 W . Takes roughly around 1 hour to go from 0-80%. Seems like a step down from one plus with its dash charging...3. Bloatware and ads - lots of ads coming on the device. Need to turn them off manually. On such a premium phone I feel the company should not look to earn from ads...4. Heavy - The phone is a little heavy. If you are in the habit of laying down and holding the phone by one hand while binging shows it becomes a little uncomfortable. Normal everyday use is ok, not too much effect...5. Size - Phone size is large. I have decent-sized hands so able to use but for a friend of mine with small hands, it became impossible to use for single-handed operation...6. Audio speaker quality is neutral I would say...Overall a power-packed device. With a credit card offer, the device is truly a value for money...
