Easy to hook up and get going...don't forget the cable to connect the cash drawer to printer. I'm glad I read the reviews about the cable not being included however I didn't remember to buy the mounting bracket to have mounted under a counter but got it within a few days and we love it.

Missing Items
We received these cash drawers but there was a missing item, the RJ45 Cord, which is necessary in order to set up the cash drawer and is included in the instructions given with the printer.
