so far I have really loved working with this tool. Wish there was a manual though or instructions on where to find it online.

NO !! .. Do Not Buy This Item!!! Out Of date software , Programs on Unit Do not work as they say it does. their " so called tech support is in china and only works if your up late (11PM- 6AM) and able to wait hours.. they said this works to program keys and fobs ( untrue 6 vehicles and yet to get even 1 programed) took them 3 weeks of telling me it works, it a software issue , sorry plz wait for a update in software , to finally " oh its not compatible with your vehicle" that's listed in the software .. if your looking to get screwed out of 500$ by all means this it the tool you want... if not buy something not made from this company .at one point they offered me 20% return ( then didn't pay it)they also wanted me to pay to return the "defective unit " back and wait for a new unit ( was concerned it wouldn't see it ever again dew the lies and BS )I kept all the emails (about 50) happy to pass them around to prove everything said here. being there so full of shi*SO SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND 500$ LOSS BUY SOMETHING ELSE ~~

So this actually works really great - it programs 5 button Honda key fobs like a charm (yes, the ones with remote start!), including All Keys Lost. However, I get a "communication failed" error when trying to read immobilizer data on a 2007 Toyota Avalon. Whether this is a problem with my unit or the vehicle, I don't know. Other than that, I would give this 5 stars. Hopefully someone will get back to me to help me out with that issue.As far as diagnostics go, this unit is pretty awesome. Generates PDF reports too. I have yet to run across a vehicle that this doesn't interface with - however, I did get a message on the BMW diagnostics that using the tool can cause data loss in some sort of footrest sensor? I don't know, but I found that a bit interesting and hopefully I can get some clarification as to what that means.

I’m a professional mobile mechanic that has to have tools work and be reliable 98% of the time. Since I use this tool in front of customers I can’t have a glitch 2 out of 3 times. If I was in a shop and had time to reset the settings or fiddle through the menus this would be an ok tool to have. I have other name brand scanners and this one just has failed me in the failed too many times.The good, free updates and fast processor. It also has a screen that is easy to see even in the sun. I like the full color displays. The price is also below average when compared to other scanners with same options. For me being a mobile mechanic, I just can’t gamble when it comes to diagnosing vehicles on the go.
