Great product and I love the glass bottle versus the blister pack! My iron levels are fine, but my iron store is always low and this Ferritin helps to keep the store in check. And no side effects!

As far as I can tell, I suppose the product works. I'm feeling better, but I'm also taking high doses of easy iron. I really love that we can get vegan sources of ferritin, so I'm pleased about this product in that sense. The packaging, however, in the little individual packs that you have to peel off the backing---leave a lot of room for improvement. Peeling off that back is most always a challenge, so I end up using a knife, and of course, piercing the capsule. I would like to see these capsules in glass bottles in the future.

I hope this review is helpful for others.I bought this iron supplement to bring my iron up as well as my ferritin. I started taking it and had a blood test exactly three weeks later. My iron total and iron % saturation came back into optimal range and my ferritin level at initial testing was at the low end at 8 and came up to 12 by testing at three weeks. Not optimal but I believe it will be on the next test.I was mindful to also include iron rich foods such as more spinach, etc. into my diet and things like vitamin C containing foods along with the iron containing foods to encourage iron absorption. I limited or avoided all iron absorption inhibiting foods as best I could during the three weeks prior to testing.I don’t eat animal products such as beef as I have been vegetarian/pescatarian for most of my life. This is a plant based supplement and I’m very grateful to the Lord to have found this product and that it works so well and so fast.I take one capsule each morning with a glass of lemon water on an empty stomach and wait an hour minimum before consuming anything else. No negative side effects at all for me. A true answer to prayer.Unfortunately it is now unavailable on Amazon. I pray they bring it back.
