The material arrives very stiff, almost too starched feeling, but relaxed a little after a few washes. It wrinkles very easily.The length is mid-calf, but while the sleeves appear to be full-length to the wrist, they cinch at the elbow, rather uncomfortably. Thankfully, there is a little give.The buttons don't stay buttoned well, but due to the size, I stitched it up and it slips easily over my head.Although it is white, the material is not thin, so it can be worn without being revealing.

I love this robe! And yes, it is a robe. Though you could wear it as a nightgown buttoned all the way. I love it so much! The cut, though victorian puffy, is STILL very flattering! I am now looking for a set of nightgowns to go with this gorgeous feminine robe. You don't come by this quality at this price like NEVER but this one delivers!

Fashionably elegant. I am 5'4 190 lbs. Found garment a little tight in shoulders. Switched up from XL by one size. Perfer larger size for more movement. Weight of cotton ideal for garment. Priced very reaonable for detail and quality of garment.

This is my second purchase from The 1 for U. Last year I bought the Martha 100% Cotton Gown, I loved it so I ordered a nightgown in a different style. Was disappointed because it is not as soft as the first one (different style). I washed it with softener but it didn’t help much.Style is beautiful and the fit is comfortable.

The 1 for you line of cotton night gowns is made well, with what seems to be quality cotton. They are beautifully styled and fun. It is a breeze to wash and dry them, I take mine out of the dryer warm and hang themt up and they are ready to go. The wrinkles are almost non-existent. I do wash them on delicate. They are so cozy and comfortable and a joy to wear.

My wife loves this robe. It's cotton, so it doesn't stretch but she knew that. It matches the gown she got earlier.

I usually do not pay this much for nightware. However, the beauty of this design won me over. The nightgown is exquisitely adorned with lace and ribbon at collar and full-sleeve cuffs It drapes charmingly fro,m a high-waisted bodice with a ruffle at the hem. It is almost perfect! The only change I might make would be to add lace and ribbon detail on the hemline ruffle. And, perhaps, offering it also in lightweight flannel for warmth -- which is what I was originally looking for. However, the cotton fabric is soft and relatively wrinkle-free. And I can wear it year round!

The country of origin remains uncertain as I received different countries as its place of origin.Customers do have the right to know where a product comes from.The design is feminin.The material is thin but I paid the same money and received even thinner nighties of this type.The buttons are cheap and so is the lace (not cotton).It is too expensive for what we get but it is hard to find good quality thick cotton that comes from Egypt or Turkey. Even when they do, the quality is watered down.I am surprised with the 5 star comments.Not top of the range by no means but acceptable.A good quality thick cotton keeps you cool, is good on the skin and most importantly lasts for years.And this isn't the one.I will keep this nightie. It isn't ideal. but can't be taking the trouble to send it back.In a way I expected what I got.Just about alright. It might last a year or two.

The order came very quickly and was beautifully packaged. The dressing gown was beautifully made and the fabric of good quality. I am 5ft 3ins and a size 14. I ordered a large size and noted that previous reviewers had said that it was a little tight around the bust. I almost sent it back for this reason as it is also tight for me - then I thought; how often do I fasten a dressing gown and the answer is never. It fitted perfectly everywhere else so a larger size would probably have been too big. I have therefore kept it and am more than happy with it but would suggest that a little more room 'up front' would be a good idea for the manufacturer to take heed of.

Very pretty dressing gown reasonably priced and just right for this hot weather.Have unfortunately lost a lot of weight due to illness and my summer dressing gown did not look very nice anymore. So ordered this one and it is so pretty that I don't mind answering the door in it!One of the buttons had broken and when I emailed the seller she replied immediately and sent some more out straight away - very good customer service it arrived very quickly too very impressive.

I have already purchased four nightdresses by this brand, and have been delighted with them. So it was a great disappointment when I received the dressing gown.I had ordered a size larger than the nightdresses, as I wanted it to be looser, and to fit easily over the nightdresses. They were in XL, so I ordered XXL.It was much smaller than the nightdresses, and won't even button up at the chest, not even without the nighties underneath.I have tried it on, and as I cannot get it tidily back into its packaging, am going to have to keep it.I am most unhappy.So as for recommending which fittings to order....No I haven't a clue.
