Works well for a porch security light. Sleek, minimal design. Although it can be removed with a tool anyone would be filmed doing so. As yet we've used an extension lead to recharge rather than unscrew from this holder. Very happy with the product

Like solid design and feel, ease of installation. You can actually rotate the flex camera in the base once mounted, so you get the “horizontal” movement allowed by the ball on the mount as well as the camera within the mount. However, “vertical” adjustment is limited by the ball. That said, it worked for me in two locations.

We just received this mount for our Canary. The mount is great, small, lightweight, easy to install. I would give it 5 stars but we are having an issue with the battery running low quicker outside than inside, and that has more to do with the camera than the mount. We are still experiencing some chilly nights so I assume that would cause the battery to die quicker. Indoors, when the camera is plugged in, it is great. Outdoors, it is actually mounted near our WIFI router, so no problems there. I would definitely recommend the mount - I love the whole modern, sleek shape once the camera is mounted. We have the white one so it just blends in nicely with the trim of the house.

It was not easy to install but it looks great! I bought two. Unfortunately, on the second one I dropped the pin that keeps it securely in place and it is lost forever. I can't find out how to get a replacement pin so I'm not able to use it at all.

It takes too long for camera to wake (and record any action) when in battery operation. Customer support says will work better if plugged in. Unfortunately, I don't have any nearby plug. I have the product located outside at front door to monitor activity. It misses ALL delivery people because they come and go quickly. Therefore, it probably would miss any package theft too as they would likely come and go quickly. It often does not record our housekeepers that come to the front door - even though they have to stop and use a key to enter. It usually records me at the front door when I stop to look at the plants that are in range of Canary Flex. Disappointed.
