This item is well built and a perfect fit and essy installation. I saved about $1,000 as a DIY person. The labor is certainly not worth $ 1,000. DIY but have a friend to help. Not reslly a one person job. I tied the hitch receiver in place (run a rope through the receiver then tie to the latch). Then we lifted the sides and bolted it in place. Just minutes of work.

Feels and looks solid. no issues yet.

I have a Honda pilot and this hitch fit perfectly does the job well. Saves us a lot of money just buying it and having a mechanic come to the house and put it on. Haven't pulled anything with it just for extra storage options and mounting bikes.

Good heavy hitch. but its sticks down a little more than the others ... very heavy to get it place but its a supereasy install if you have a couple of jacks or someone holding it up for you. I did it alone with some jackstands and it was totally fine.

The install took 20 minutes tops that included lowering the tire. The only negative is when it is shipped it’s no protected at all. It’s wrapped in blue plastic wrap and nothing protecting corners. So the coating they brag about has a few large portions chipped off, so what’s the point.

Pretty straightforward install although working underneath a car with something this heavy and awkward is always a challenge. Best with 2 people. Make sure you drop the spare tire as the instructions indicate. The receiver hitch ends up really snug against the fiberglass bumper cover...an extra 1/2 inch might have been nice, but once up it does look good. Seems well made. Good purchase.

The hitch is topnotch steel and welding and fits exactly right
