Q: What flavor is this? my child hates mint, is this really only fruit flavored?

Yeah, Yeah, we also knows most child hates mint flavored, but loves fruit flavored. This toothpaste is really fruit flavored, please no worry to purchase.

Q: Does this help adults too?

I think other products work better for adults. This product is decent for kids because its not hot or minty. Its the strangest taste (not fruity or minty just void of taste) and texture ( gritty). Id recommend an oral b spunbrush to use with whatever toothpaste you get. They're awesome and inexpensive.

Q: Did anybody experience cavity healing after using this in kids?

No but it can help stop spreading decay.

Q: Does dis toothpaste help if already has decay

It can help but you must be very consistent and you may need a good tooth brush to really try to loosen plaque. Also the price is high so I switched to the tooth paste that dentists use when prof cleaning. Its gritty and similar in texture to this but tastes MUCH better and seems to be more tolerable. I also recommend using other leave on products such as a fluoride paste or some of the various oral tooth oils ( like food grade clove oil which will numb the tooth pain as well as limit the spread of decay but it may be too harsh for children. One can dilute the clove oil with coconut or other carrier oil. I put coconut oil on cotton ball then apply it to teeth (kid) then after the teeth area is covered with coconut oil then I apply clove or other oils. It is much gentler and it does work for me.
