Great for toning
I love these. They are really effective worn whilst going about your day. I wear them when I'm doing housework and walking, I can definitely feel I've used them as well. Very good value for money and excellent quality. Very easy to put on and really comfortable

Good
I use for aqua aerobics. They are good to improve the benefit of the exercise but take a long time to dry out. I don't much like using the noodles/dumbells as I have weak thumb joints so do not feel so bad to put them aside.

These are great , good quality. I was looking for the snake wrist weight but couldn't find any . The only thing I don't like is they tend to interfere with fitbit on my wrist. Hard to find comfortable spot .
