Moziexcellent!!!!!!!
Finally, a Morrissey reference book worth reading that is simple, yet very informative on every level of the man. This is in no way a boring or dull book with too much wit writing from authors attempting to out do each other. The author, Simon Goddard has reached out to those desiring a Morrissey song by song listing and detail while with the Smiths and onto his solo career. Additionally, this book includes so much more insights to topics/subject matters that have been associated or of interest to Morrissey throughout his life. Mozipedia is worth owning.

Super Interesting for Any Morrissey Fan!
This is a great and interesting book. It goes into detail about many detail about Morrissey's life. I am a huge Morrissey fan, like collecting vinyl, posters, etc. The book explains a lot history regarding recording sessions, musicians, relationships, and other aspects of his life. The book is very well written and appears to be pretty objective when discussing vague situations or relationship stuff. Overall, this is a pretty interesting read for anyone who wants to take their Morrissey obsession to the next level!

Mozmania!
I had this book on my wishlist for several months and my wife just gave it to me for Christmas. All I can say is wow! This book has it all and I can't believe I didn't get it sooner. I listen to Morrissey at least 4 days per week, he's a lyrical genius. I usually use songmeanings.net to read reviews on his songs, but it's mostly fans' musings. Mozipedia breaks down his songs and references with real insight. The book has a sturdy hardcover, readable black and white text, and a few color photos. You'll be getting this for the content, not the images. I know I'll be enjoying this for many years!

But Simon Goddard is like a one man data base
This book is very thorough, accurate, informative, and well researched. Plus, it has a complete chronological discography in the back, including all singles and b-sides. Being a huge fan of Morrissey's for over 30 years, I thought I knew a lot about him. But Simon Goddard is like a one man data base. And he has a reputation in Moz circles for being fair and accurate regarding the singer, rather than promoting gossip, sensationalism, or assumptions. This is an absolute must have for anyone who likes Morrissey or The Smiths.

This Charming Book
Akin to having a major work of art explained by a museum curator. You may love a visual image but not fully understand the background, references or artists' intent. Songs I have cherished for decades are now betterunderstood. Unfortunately, I will miss the mystery and my personal interpretations. Gorgeous photos too! Very well done Mr. Goddard. Thank You!

An amazing in-depth resource for Morrissey and Smiths fans
I could seriously sit and read this book for hours, jumping between obscure (and popular) references. I am simply in awe at the amount of depth, detail, and effort that went in to the creation of this publication. It is mind-bending to appreciate how much thorough research was put in to compiling this information, and everything is written in a factual, historical manner with little or no opinion injected. I only hope that future editions are released..

Great For Fans of Morrissey
I purchased one for myself and my sister (who introduced me to Moz when I was a kid) and we both absolutely loved it. There's a plethora of information directly and indirectly related to Morrissey pre and post Smiths and it's all written in a very casual style. I set mine out on the coffee table and read an entry or two whenever there's a free moment. It's a great purchase for a fan of The Smiths and/or Morrissey who also happens to be a bit of a knowledge junky.

Love, love, love Morrissey
My daughter once told me, "You are Morrissey." I wish I had his wit and class, but I can pretend I am as witty as he vicariously. Only gripe I have with the book is that every little thing that might have anything remotely to do with Moz is in here. For example, I learned Morrissey admired David Bowie for a while. Who knew?
