Works better than the standard buscopans for me. They're good, this is just better and worth the extra bit of money in my opinion

Over the counter remedy
Mint based non prescription helps people with mildly upset tummy.

Buscopan works in calming down my gut during an IBS flare-up. The price seems totally unnecessarily high though, for what's basically glorified peppermint oil.
