Not for use with pressure lines. If they are leaking your may have installed them wrong or not tight. If leaking from the metal pin then try cleaning it. These are for water not dirt. Also not to be mounted horizontally pin down had to be done.

بعد استخدام المنتج تعرفة الدجاج علية بسرعه و لكن توجد مشكلة في تسرب الماء من النبل و عدم رجوع النبل لمكانه دائما وبشكل عام المنتج مفيد جدا

Leaky. The chickens have a way of unscrewing them, and losing the bearing pins. I recommend proactively using a couple drops of gorilla glue on the threads to prevent it from coming apart. But, you're still left with the leaks. Overall, they're not too bad.
