Nothing wrong with the cradle itself. Dependable "German Quality".Only, I ordered two of these (one for each car) with the car "dash" mount, instead of the windscreen mount. Idiot me. The windscreen mount is much more practical and really what I need - I am not about to drill holes in my RS4 or Allroad dash to install this as a permanent feature.Also, even with the thinnest possible iPhone 4 case around (which I do have on mine), you have to remove it to fit into the cradle. Not Bury's fault, but not ideal either.Bury's customer suport in ZA is non-existent so I'll have to order the windscreen mounts from Ulan Bator or some such equally obscure place. Amazon does not have them separate. Oh, well.........JM - South Africa
