I had problems with micro hifi player that to be fair is very old. It worked sometimes. CD cleaner didn't even register so I am unable to comment. But will keep it for new hi fi then will be able to try it.

Clear instructions. Unfortunately it did not solve the issue with my DVD drive in my PC. I have since bought an external DVD / CD / CD-Rom drive.

For some time now I have had a problem with several CDs.Each time I put them into my Denon CD player the word "unsupported" would appear.Some discs eventually gave in and played while other held up the middle finger to me.What to do?I tried blowing into the machine.Failure.I had looked at several lens cleaner before and had always been put off by naysayers.However,I took a plump on the PROCARE Lens Cleaner from Steenssen and how glad I did.I used it just once and those stubborn discs that flatly refused to play now produced music.I am one happy music fan.This is a great product that worked for me and I intend to wear it out with daily use.One final word.Recommended.Oh,one thing I would like to know is why did Amazon give me a refund for when I had not ask for one?Strange.

Waste of money the product won't stay in the cd player to clean it. It keeps ejecting saying CD ERROR

Really helped clean most of our cd’s. Some are past help. The sound quality improved as it stopped some of them skipping tracks. Value for money and effective at cleaning the inside of the player.

Simple and effective. Has made a tangible difference to both a long-term CD player (HiFi) and high use DVD/BluRay player. Cleaning the discs also helps (it’s amazing what crud gets on and in these things from seemingly clean hands and careful transfer)!
