Works well

Previously ordered from different supplier, 3 pack cartridges for my DeskJet 2135 locked it up (after trying EVERYTHING!) so back to China. So far I'm out the $10 return ship but we'll see. Subsequently received HOTCOLOR 3 pack only two days after ordering, having requested normal (most economical) S&H. After installing a black cartridge (old color cartridge still had ink) my printer immediately and automatically rang out the test page with outstanding quality. Hope HOTCOLOR is around for a long time!

I ordered these and ended up with some ink cartridges that weren’t up to standard and the company reached out to me and replaced the defective ink cartridges

I've purchased this product 7 times. It used to be good! The last few cartridges I used did not work very well. I finally went to open my LAST black cartridge and my printer would not recognize it at all. It's saying that I have no ink left period. I took it out and compared it with the previous cartridge and they look different. The one on the right is the one I removed (which worked) and the one on the left is the one that did not work and looks completely different! I don't know if they have a new supplier or decided to cut costs on manufacturing but the quality has definitely FALLEN. Do NOT waste your money on this!! Chances are it may not work AT ALL and you would have lost your money.

Okay the black cartridges work. I’ll take it that it’s a fluke. If it happens again I will have to choose another brand of ink
