The new screen worked great. The hardest part was getting the old screen off, but once that was done I was able to replace the screen pretty easily. This kit includes all necessary tools, although the suction cup it comes with is pretty weak so I used a different one I had to break the old screen loose, but all three screw drivers you need are included. Easy to swap the camera and Face ID sensors from the old screen to the new (this is the only part not included) and only involves removing 4 screws and replacing them on the new screen. Highly recommend.

After completing the repair of my son's phone, I have the confidence that not everything broken needs the assistance of a repair center- you just need the “How To”, patience and confidence to take on the task. This screen is amazing. i've bought it twice already- I am a klutz and a half haha. It is super easy to instal. Any video on youtube will show you how to do it. Ignore the negative reviews- something must have happened to their screens during delivery or instal. I will say though that the color quality is different but you can change your settings to make it look much closer to the OEM screen. It will be a bit duller though at the end but not nearly as bad as not changing the settings.

good product. Second time bought. This time the seal gasket was bit dry and didn't adhered to the edges as it should. it came out in pieces and some didn't come out at all. Other than that, the product works as designed.

It's always a little nerve wracking when you replace a screen on your phone. It's EXTREMELY nerve wracking when you're replacing the screen on the wife's phone. The included tools made it much easier. The screen itself was spotless and works like a charm. No dead spots, no dead pixels. The only drawback isn't the screen. It's APPLE and their ridiculous warning on the phone that you've used a non-Apple screen for the repair. Like they didn't make enough money off the phone. As for the screen and accessories included, five stars.

For starters, the screen was alright at first. It was easy to install, packaging came with all of the necessary tools, it was a affordable, and everything showed up clearly, but unfortunately, you can hardly see it in the sun, even with the screen brightness turned all the way up, it’s sometimes hard to text because when I click on a letter, it’ll click the letter next to it, and when I have it in my pocket, if the screen is facing my body, it will attempt to type in my lock code, and lock my phone up for anywhere from 5-59 minutes at a time, sometimes, depending on how many times it’s attempted to unlock it & last, but not least, which is probably the biggest problem I’m having out of it, the screen randomly goes black with lines through it, and I will have to lock the screen and then unlock it, to get the picture back. A few times it would NOT come back on though, so I’d power the phone off, leave it off for a few seconds, and then turn it back on, in order to get the picture to display again. The first time it did it was about a week before the return cut off date, but since it didn’t do it again the following week, I just figured it was a glitch of sorts, and didn’t return it. Then, about 4 days after the return window closed, it started doing it consistently. At least four or five times per day. Sometimes to the point of having to shut the phone off and back on. Now, it’s a regular process I’ve got to do, to keep my phone functioning properly. I’m so mad at myself for not returning it the first time it did this, but lesson learned, and I guess I’ll go with an authentic iPhone screen next time to avoid not being able to see it when I’m outside (even when I’m NOT in direct sunlight, such as in my car, during the day). I can’t too much complain about that part, since the description DID say it would be slightly off from the authentic iPhone replacement screens. If it weren’t for the glitching, this would be a very, very good deal, since I was able to do it myself, at a fraction of the price. But the glitching was & still remains the problem. I guess I will just have to live with it until I’ve got the money to buy a new one. 😭 which may be a while, since Thoms are so tough right now for everybody.
