It's somewhat difficult to rate the effectiveness of a supplement because you never know just how much good it is doing, but I do believe in the digestive benefits of probiotics (my doctor recommends I take them). This product stacks up well against others in that it has a high number of CFUs (colony-forming units, which is the number of live micro-organisms in each serving) = 60 billion, and the number of strains = 19. I shopped for a probiotic that was also shelf-stable, resistant to stomach acid & bile, was vegan, non-GMO, dairy-free and had delayed-release action, and this one checked all those boxes. It also has prebiotics. PRObiotics are living strains of bacteria that promote good bacteria in your digestive system, while PREbiotics are specialized plant fiber that acts as food for the good bacteria. I also appreciate that this Vitaliti brand is one of the best values for high-count probiotics at 24 cents per capsule.

Excellent product

I decided to take these on a recommendation from a friend. I just finished a round of antibiotics after getting an infection and wanted to use these immediately afterward to get my colon back in order. Needless to say, these probiotics worked fast and got my bowels regular within the first two days. I highly recommend it

This is a great deal on Probiotics with a a 60 Billion CFU count. I like the fact that these don't have to be refrigerated. The pills aren't very big which makes swallowing easy. No weird after taste. Just started using them so still waiting to feel the effects. I do feel less bloated though. Will purchase again.
