This transfer case drop is typically used to correct Dodge trucks with 6" of lift and a slight driveshaft vibration. This kit replaces the factory metal transmission mount with a shorter one to lessen the driveshaft angles and reduce vibration.

Used it on my 2005 dodge ram 2500 after having some drive shaft noise after a 6 inch lift install drops it down just the right amount to get it to angle once again install is simple just support the transfer case with a jack to get the weight off of the cross member and as soon as you remove that it should be right there

worked as expected
installed on 07 Dodge ram 2500 with BDS 6" long arm lift + 2" spacer, and 5" rear blocks. Experienced no vibrations at all with this installed. Tried other brands that did not fit, this one worked perfectly. Pretty simple install, I would recommend.

Fluid level fill is the same once it's coming out of the top hole it's full.
Might need to notch the crossmember if used with a indexing ring. Great product easy installation. If you have 1 person to help you line up the transfer case.
