If you are looking for smooth ride then definitely go for it. Cycle of 91 are no doubt very good product. But buying any cycle online has some of flaws that you need to take care of. If you purchase cycle online get ready to receive few dents(can check my upooaded photos), secondly assembling will be a task, if you can tight up all the screws yourself then still you have to take it to shop for brake system. So think twice to purchase online. In nutshell Product is very nice but buying online is a filthy decision.

Writing this review with heavy heart.1. My expectations were high while buying this cycle as I'm buying this from Amazon (prime member + good deal)2. Got a defective piece when I received this cycle for the first time. Then I placed return with Amazon.3. Again I got the same defective piece.Detects -1. Gears : gears are from Skilful which makes noise in 1st and 3rd gears (difficulty in shifting gears was also noticed)2. Tyres : as it's an MTB the size of tyre should be of size 64 - 622 (29 X 2.4) both the times I recieved the cycle with size 54 - 622 (29 X 2.1) (fraud here)3. Front fork and Disk were misaligned (damage)My take - please purchase this bicycle directly from the manufacturer that is Outdoors91 or from your nearest dealer. Amazon won't even provide either free or paid assembly service.Thanks,Azher K N

This cycle is very stylish and comfortable and needs low maintenance. I recommend everyone to go for it as it is very easy to ride.And this review is made on request of an Amazon official in return of gift which they did not give.😁

The gear system is not functioning properly

The media could not be loaded. The product is good. The quality is very good. The packGe was handlled very well. I came with no damages. Suggest to add a booklet for installation so tht buyers need not depend on inataller service. Or have moe ibstallers,vas i tried to book the paid service which was showin 4 days later appoibtment.Am also having problem with 1st and 3rd gears, the chain is getting rubbed to the lever whic makes a lot of noise. Request where can get the service.

Quality of cycle is really bad. Paint is worst. Even a finger nap can cause scratch in it. Brakes are loose quality . Pedal threading ruptures in 2 min of cycling . Like what kind of quality is this .worst experience
