It didn’t work for me since my TV tower was about 25 km away. I guess if you’re much closer, it might be worth buying.

We're living in San Francisco with most of the stations we watch broadcasting from Sutro Tower, less than 4 miles away. This little guy is affixed to a window facing it, as well as NBC's tower another 4 miles out. NBC and ABC are VHF and the rest are UHF, but all come in with a signal strength of 85 - 100%. We're using a splitter and 20 foot extension cable (with no amplification) to connect both our TV and DVR. It's been in use for over a year with no issues, and with better performance than other brands we've tried. Recommended for LOS (line-of-site) use at under 10 miles distance, although others here attest to good performance in more difficult reception situations than ours. Also recommended, reference RabbitEars Signal Search Map (google it) for predicted signal strengths, distance and bearing, at your location.

A length of speaker cable performed better than this aerial.

Works good, I’m happy with it, no false claims, it works just as good or even better than other over priced antennas that claim that they can pick up signals beyond the laws of physics, I sealed it up and use it outside, it’s cheap enough to replace periodically because it pulls all the available channels in my area and that is all I can ask for LG, Samsung and Vizio have the best receivers for antenna reception so I’ve come to learn,
