Dash has great customer service, which is why I didn’t rate this product 1 out of 5 stars… but I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. It overheats if you use it to grind up harder substances (like nuts, grains, etc.) whereas a blender or food processor should be able to do this. The insides heat up, it starts smelling like burning plastic, and then it dies. I have gone through two of these terrible blenders in one month. They both have had the same problem and expired the same way.One more complaint: the inside or the blender (the part where the blade spins around) is lined with plastic. When plastic gets hot, it leeches our chemicals. This is not a good thing for our food!Yet again, sending this blender back to Amazon. This time, I won’t be replacing it with the same kind. I’ll get a totally different one that will hopefully last me more than two weeks.

It is powerful with many useful attachments. In some uses it can be awkward to use.

Oh my god I love it! Works wonderful and I don't have to pull out my big kitchen aid every time. Must have it's very sturdy.

I absolutely love my new kitchen tool. Operates perfectly, handy to use and PINK. My kitchen still has its original PINK mosaic tiles that compliment the built in PINK oven and cook top range.

It seems to have good power, I like the variable speeds, and I love the blue color. I also love the whisk attachment option. However it is very difficult to use because the power button, which needs to be held down the entire time, it way at the top. That makes it so that my hand is 18"+ higher than the bowl. That puts it at about the height of my head when it is in a bowl on the counter. Maybe if you were a tall person (I am 5'-4") it might be ok, or if you use it on a lower table. Looking at other brands, they all seem to be this way unfortunately. My old Kitchenaid (which finally died) had the button at the bottom of the motor unit and was so much easier to use.

The hand blender is solidly built and powerful. Everything else is kind of a grab bag. The whisk doesn't work great. Included is a "potato mashing" attachment that is so unnecessary it boggles the mind.The food processor works pretty well, although there is some significant separation between the bottom blade and the bottom of the bowl which is annoying. The blades are dangerous to clean by hand and that is your only option because none of this is dishwasher safe.The main components seem to be built well but they are accented with cheap plastic that feels very brittle. It really is a bummer you can't put any of it in the dishwasher.Storage is rough because with the included stand, this amalgamation of appliances stands two feet tall.All in all if you're looking for a hand blender and a food processor for a hundred bucks you can do a lot worse than this product.

I was a little concerned that the food processer part would actually work. I have used the immersion blender and the food processor bowl. Just a few pulses and both onion and tomato were diced / pureed. The immersion blender is much larger than my old Oster. I was expecting the food processor to hold maybe a cup? It's much larger than that. The food processor blades and other disc click on and off, which seem to work fine. I haven't had it very long. The lid for the food processor bowl is very hard to get off. I had to bear hug it! Be sure and push the little button down while turning. Everything is much larger than my old Oster immersion blender. I was concerned about the instructions telling me not to use it for more than 30 seconds, but it was so efficient I don't think I had to leave it on for more than 20 seconds to get the job done. I love how it has a stand to hold all the attachments. It can be put on top of the bowl or set to one side. It's super powerful. I will definitely be keeping this one! My only complaint at this point is getting the lid off of the bowl.

I used it once and i made sure to read all the instructions before using it. I used the base with the food processor and it worked amazing but the motor got hot and once I stopped it to remove the motor by pressing down on the 2 buttons on the side, it wouldn't come out. I had to pull it out with force ( I was scared to break it) and that's how it came out (in the picture). I haven't tried putting it on again because I'm not sure if it will come out.Updated part:After using it once again to make some mofongo (smashed plantains), and yes they were very soft after boiling them, I had to stop not even 5 minutes into smashing them with this and it stopped working 🙄. The motor over heat way way too fast and it definitely takes longer than 1hr to cool off so if you're making big quantities of somethin that requires the food processor it's going to take you longer than what it would normally take you without this gadget.Update 9-18-2021DO NOT buy this!! I wish I could get my money back. I tried making hummus (very soft chickpeas) and it didn't work either!!!

I didn't use it often. Maybe once a month. And in the past I've always appreciated having one in the pantry. But I'm very disappointed with this one. I wouldn't recommend it. Spend the extra money and buy something of quality.

Deberían especificar lo pesado y largo que es, solo lo abrí, lo sopesé y lo devolví de inmediato. Recomiendo para uso de chefs.
