Great Fit and Finish
Product comes with three new grade 8.8 zinc plated bolts and a metal crush gasket for the connection on the rearward face of the catalytic converter to the mid-pipe on the exhaust. Unfortunately it does not include a new lead gasket for the header collector connection or the new spring tension bolts that you may need if yours broke like mine did. To replace them you can use "dorman PN: 03146" as a kit, or purchase each component separately from honda: flexible bolt B= 18231-SR3-A22, Nut 8mm Locking= 90115-659-003, Spring Flexible Joint= 18230-SV4-000.As for the quality of the component, fitment was perfect, interior resonance and drone has been reduced from 2500 to 4000 rpm (where most of my cruising is done). On my 2003 Honda S2000 I did not get a CEL from this "49 state legal" catalytic converter, however that may be because of the restrictor placed between the downstream O2 sensor and the exhaust flow within this unit.

Worked great
I had almost 200k miles on my original one and was getting a low efficiency CEL code. I installed this primarily due to the low price vs. the performance potential. The light has stayed off and I have regained a lot of power due to what was obviously a very restricted cat. I also got my MPG back up to where is was when the car was new. It had been originally approx 28-29 with a heavy foot at times on my commute and had in the past couple of years intermittently been down to 25-26 at times. Now several tank fulls later it is constantly back in the 28-29 MPG range.

Poor quality
Purchased this Berk HI-Flow Cat for my supercharged S2000, failed in less than 6 months. The inside collapsed and had very poor performance in the upper rpm range, only a matter of time before becoming completely occluded my mechanic said. Do yourself a favor and buy a test pipe instead.

Not happy with product at all
Converter was installed and less than 6mo later the inside honeycomb came apart and blocked all exhaust flow. Merchant refused to allow a return saying their return period had expired. Not happy with product at all. Attached is a view down the pipe.
