We were so pleased to see the quality of this screen. There is Velcro all the way around the three sides. It is good strong Velcro.Which means you better be ready to attach the base strips perfectly because you are not going to reposition it very easily. We attached it to screen edge of the slider so we can still use the glass slider. My husband informs me that he will remove the screen but not the base Velcro when winter comes. This product has enough magnets down the middle so the opening closes quickly and completely. Our Coon cat had no trouble figuring out how to lean his paw against the center to open it and go out.

I like this screen , best one I've seen yet, it's a little difficult to install, but I did it by myself. It took a little time, but well worth it. I recommend purchasing additional Velcro strips though to make it seal better

My son just got diagnosed with asthma and we need to keep our cats out of his room. we installed this and it has worked great. Still allows for air flow but keeps the cats out. So far, our busy 3 year old has not had any issues going in or out of his room.

I have been eyeing these magnetic screens for sometime now. I live in the country with PLENTY of flying everything lol. I live close to the woods, so i get mosquitoes all of the time. When I opened the package, I thought it would be difficult to install but it wasnt. You will need to follow the directions to the point. I cleaned my door from any old glue or nails that I had up previously. I removed the strips from one side at a time, so I could make sure it was lined up. The velcro was a very sturdy velcro unlike the cheaper ones. After carefully positioning the strips, I ran my hands around each section to make sure that it was very secure. I put up the mesh then removed the strips. My kids will go in and out of the door, so I added some thumb tacks to give it a little more security. The magnets are also very good at securing the screen closed. This is a great idea for those without screen doors and it worked perfectly for my front door. I will be ordering one for my back door. I received this item for free or a discount for my honest review. I think it would be a great gift for those that like to have backyard gatherings and you have guests that are constantly in and out of the house, this would help.

We have 4 dogs that like to go out as they please. We have purchased at least 5 of these over the years. Some have been great and some crummy. This one is definitely a better quality. It has Velcro around the sides to connnect to the door frame. Magnets keep the panels together and it's very easy to walk through. My dogs run back and forth and this always closes. I like that I don't have to worry about bugs getting in and can leave my back door open.I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
