Love this little hand blender! It is so much easier to use than my large blender.

I am giving 5 stars even though I had to return it do to it being used it was clear that someone had used it. But my daughter got me one for Christmas it’s awesome. Very easy to use and great to mix things for just one individual like pancake mix

You can find cheaper hand blenders, but you get what you pay for. This Braun blender is strong and works awesomely when making broths.

My FP does a better job of making mayonaisse than this, and probably makes it faster, but I wanted less clean up. I use both methods now. I can make mayonaisse in the jar and only have to wash the blender stick. It is not a hands free process as it is with my FP - (the oil drizzles in thru a hole in the pusher (DIY project)) and the texture seems more shiny/oily than the FP product. I wish the blender had toggle switches instead of a switch that has to be continuously depressed while the blender is running. The two speeds are too similar. I only use the slower speed. The parts separate easily for cleaning. The device is lightweight and easy to handle. I had a Breville immersion blender before this but it was nearly impossible to separate the parts for cleaning and was also heavier and awkward to hold.

I love the Braun brand, this hand blander is powerful and well made. The whisk mounts eggs in a few seconds and fluffs mashed potatoes easily. Makes smoothies and soups velvety, even cream of asparagus that tend to be fibrous end up smooth.

I ordered this immersion blender based upon America’s Test Kitchen’s recommendation and I have been very happy. I like that there are no holes on the sides of the blade guard. My old immersion blender would shoot liquid everywhere if I accidentally tipped the side vents just a bit too far or if the mixer was lifted slightly too far. I have not had any similar results with the Braun immersion blender. The motor is strong and efficient. I used it to grind chunks of ham and Koji rice to make a pork garum. There was some liquid also involved, but the immersion blender puréed the meat and rice with surprising ease. I haven’t used the whisk yet, but have no doubt it will work great.

I've had this product since 2022 and it's still going strong! I can't say enough great things about this blender! It's powerful and does a fantastic job, the blender and whisk are easy to attach and remove from the body to clean, it's mess free, and overall the best blender I ever owned. I absolutely love it! Worth every penny.
