Does the mat provide a soft (cushioned) surface on which to step? I have little padding on my feet and need a safe cushioned mat to stand on.

There is just suction cups on the bottom, not really padding. It is safe and does not slide but I also wear beach shoes in the shower as my feet need support. I like the mat.

Does this mat stick to tile in the shower pan? My tile is slippery as ice. I want to avoid a fall. Thanks!

It grips some, but as others pointed out it doesn't grip as well as other mats. My elderly mother did slip in the shower with this mat and the mat was bunched up to the side, showing it slid when she lost her balance. I checked under the mat and it was clean, it didn't have a buildup of anything that would make it slippery or cause it to lose suction. We replaced it.

Does the water drain through the whole thing? Not just the center?

I cut out the plastic pebbles in middle of the mat. Drains fine. Just pick up and wash it in washing machine with towels and put back in shower and suction cups on bottom, hold it in place. Very pleased with it.

Stinks Horrible

I don’t know where they store this product but it stinks extremely bad. I kept some soap on it for a while but it still smells awful.

This doesn’t stick. It lies like a rug. I have a small shower and this is extremely small inside of it.

I love to buy in UK. You have good quality selection of products. Like this one. It is transparent keep to be transparent if you flush it often. Nice feel, nice look, good material, good shower floor keeping. I was not able to find such product in Poland.

So I am one of those people who buy things like these AFTER having a shower accident. I had a really nasty slip and fall in my shower one day (I had just moved into a new apartment), banging my knee and limping for two weeks. So clearly my shower floor needed a mat! Local stores didn't have one that fit my small shower, so I found this online. Works wonderfully well, very easy to clean (or just hang outside to dry) and fits my small shower. Gets the job done.

I wanted a mat to prevent slipping in the shower stall. I found the floor a little slippery after using a shower moisturizer and this mat provides more stability. I expected the edges to adhere more closely with the floor but it is not a problem as the mat doesn't move. There are little open spaces for the water to go through so there is no need to have an opening in the middle for the drain. The green is pretty and is accurately shown on the site. Good product.
