Really great quality and bang for buck for this price. If you do kickboxing, then I suggest you to buy something else as it moves quite a lot. 51kg weight is kinda low for kicks.

The media could not be loaded. It's not as wide/broad as USI punching bag worth 7k but for it's price (4k) it's value for money. Medium heavy and quite hard.I am a muay thai practitioner who has tried those 6 feet heavy bags , so for me this was a decent purchase especially for a home setting.Quite stable for punching but for kicks it's not as good as the long heavy muay thai bags but yes, get's the job done.I am not a beginner and have experienced professional heavy bags. So, my expectations weren't high for a filled bag purchased from amazon for home use.And yet, this bag brought a smile to my face while punching. Sure it could have been slightly more wide for more stability during teeps (front push kicks) or back kicks, but I am just nitpicking here.For both beginners and intermediate boxers, it's good. Won't disappoint. Go for it. For 4k (including shipping charges) , it's value for money.Now I am not the kind who would complain for slight scratches or dirt on the bag, so yeah for me the bag does the job. No hassle of filling it either as it came pre filled.Reviewing only after using for 2 days but I can tell, this one's gonna last even after some rough use. If given a choice I would still go for the USI (filled and machine stitched) bag but this one's good too.

the quality of the product is good and its punching ability is also good hanging chain length is sufficient and also value for money product for our make in India campaign it is always ready to use just unpack it and hang it that's all the size I bought his 4 feet long and is good for beginners, I bought it for 3700 in October 2023 and I am using it for last 1 year the quality of the bag is good and it is filled tightly with material. just go for it and the packaging was also good they deliveredtge product at my house Kolkata.

Value for money product.My ceiling height is 10.5 feet. So had to use extender chain of 3 feet length.

Been using this for a week. I'm new to punching bag. Wanted to buy 2000 rupees ones. They had a weight of 13-17kg and watching several unboxing videos it felt lite for me. After a couple of days of research I found this HB 4ft filled punching bag. They said the weight would be from 30-35 kg. Mine is 32kg. I have developed shoulders and arms for me this provides perfect resistance while giving enough cushion for a beginner. Within a week of practice I can feel my fists and wrists are getting stronger.You have to be careful while using this much of heavy bag. If you have lean build or no developed muscles go with 15kg around bags as this 32kg bag can easily injure your wrists and knuckles.The provided chain comes around 1.2 ft my ceiling height was 10.5 ft. I got myself extension chain from local hardware stores with medium thickness 65 rupees per feet I got 3 feet and used only around 2ft extension with an extra S hook. They have to cut the chain so I didn't wanna go short. It lies I'm perfect height for me as I'm 5'4.The wrap provided with this is little bit shorter and normal people it should suffice for thicker hand people it's better to invest in another wrap but for me the provided one is being suffice since I'm not going heavy on the trainings.
