What do you mix it with? i’ve got some pretty bad cracks and dings to fix on a sup.

Mix it in with the resin and hardener, use it for a filler. You’re going to need fabric for “pretty bad cracks”

In a measureing cup it came to around 400ml

Will this work with styrofoam cores?

Yes, just mix it with resin per the directions. I've used this to repair a couple of old foam boards from the early 60's.

what do you mix it with ,i mixed it with suncure sanding resing and it eat the foam?

You have to mix it with resin and make sure it's the right kind of foam and resin. Polyester goes with polyester epoxy goes with epoxy
