Peerless Classic Single-Function Tub and Shower Trim Kit with Single-Spray Shower Head, Brushed Nickel PTT188753-BN (Valve Not Included)

So I ordered this thinking that you could just simply swap faucets according to whatever design you like, but after purchasing my husband explained that this is not the case. Assuming you know what your shopping for unlike I did, I will review the product on what I received assuming it would work for my shower. I purchased a open box item, which I only paid $24 for. When the item came it was well wrapped within the original box and everything looked very nice. There were no scratches and it looked brand new. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchase. I was excited to get it in my tub and shower because it looked so nice and was well worth the money I paid (I couldn't touch a faucet this nice at lowes for under $100). I gave the item a 5 star because I couldn't even get one this nice had I'd found it at a garage sale. Now I did have to return the item, which as always Amazon has an amazing return policy and returned it no problem. The faucet would not work for my current system. I needed a double handle and you need to make sure you purchase a correct mixing valve that goes with this faucet. It does tell you this in the description of the item, but I got too excited and bought it before really understanding what pars were needed. Hope this helps!

Very nice shower faucet set. Half the price of similar models in my local hardware stores. Looks great in my bathroom.

Make sure which mixing cartridge you have. This is for the newer cartridge. I ended up using this with an universal handle and faceplate for an older cartridge shower setup. Shower head is not spray adjustable, the nickel finish is good looking.

like many other reviews state, you cannot buy this and just replace it with your existing faucet without having to change some plumbing first. given the price, my husband and I tried making it work by making trips to the hardware store and buying a few plumbing parts to change our existing system, but it just didn’t work. bought a $40 piece and it still didn’t make the faucet fit, bought another $18 piece all to no avail. ended up just returning it

This tub and shower kit came up as a "Buy it together" option when I selected the Delta Faucet R10000-UNBX rough-in. The description stated it will work but there is no way. The center hole of the trim kit is way to small.
