well made
I ordered the kit that comes with two tools, which I recommend. They are well-crafted and add value to the entire project. Once you map out your spacing, everything is easy to install.

Poor quality and poor instructions.
Broken mount 1st day. Poor instructions. Qr code to online instructions broke. Found out rhe mount uninstalled backwards. Big waste of my time to rework. Non helpful email support.

Unique product
Well designed product. I got a bit confused with some instructions but I was able to figure it out. I look forward to seeing it filled with plants soon.

Does not include tools
We only received the wiring and brackets, but did not receive the wire ratchet to tighten them. The product description indicates tools are included.
