Great compact battery, always carry on me
Bought one for my mum since I use mine all the time. Very easy to charge up, and the battery life is very impressive. Great for phones always running out of charge!!

USB-C port does not work
Mainly the product is as described such as it does charge an iPhone 15 around 2 times, it is very sleek, feels great, great size to fit in pocket however the output USB-C port doesn’t work which I have only recently noticed since having a new charging cable and no longer using USB-A

Great charger
My old charger failed and my back up didn’t have a power indicator on it, so it was time to purchase a new one. When travelling my phone is used as my main camera which is very draining on the battery. Great to have a unit that can charge quickly with USB-C. It is able to charge two phones at a time and of course, it has a power indicator. Great value for money

small, lightweight, (about 1 charge to 80 percent)
Used for my daughters dofe, good, lightweight, only con is it only charges once ur to 80 percent but fir weight is very good

Be warned - negative reviews proved to be correct.
The unbelievably minuscule instructions state that the charger must be depleted and charged 4 times, before it reaches optimum performance. I duly did as instructed, but the performance remained stubbornly inadequate and my phone continued to charge just 50%. As such, the double sockets are totally pointless and I cannot risk travelling with this product, which is why I purchased it. So learn from me, don't buy, then say you weren't warned!

Customer Service - no response to query. Juice 2 supports iphone but not ipad Air.
I bought a Juice 2 and a Juice Max (and a further 2 of each as Christmas presents). Juice 2 charged my iphone fine, also my husband's ipad 9th gen seemed to charge, but it wouldn't charge my ipad Air 4th gen at all. It seems reasonable that Juice 2 is not powerful enough for an ipad but I was nervous that my Juice Max (still in it's box) wouldn't work with an ipad either. There is no way of contacting Juice except to send a message via their website. Juice acknowledged my registration but completely ignored several of my queries. I did get a 'response' after 4 days but it was a Juice advertisement and no one answered my query. I thought that this was very poor.For info, I eventually tried out my Juice Max and it's charging my ipad Air fine. No problem with either product. But the information on Amazon is technical and should explicitly say that Juice 2 is meant only for iphones, and the customer service is non-existent.
