Wish it was way cheaper, but it works
I can't believe I just dropped $30 for an ice pack, but with that said, it works. I wish that it stayed cold longer but that is a function of it's size. You can slip it on and it will stay on. I don't usually use the protective fabric (although I absolutely do with my medium-sized cuff. Overall a good product
