It’s uses a lot of power even when just plugged in and not in use. So I unplug when not using. It does make perfect wings and French fries.

For an experienced cook all of this might be meaningless, but I'm a single guy that has gotten tired of frozen food. Most cooking appliances I have purchased over the years have included useful user manuals. This one is probably the worst user's manuals I have ever seen. Details are limited and raise more questions than answers. Also missing, is the typical recipes book that gives a fair idea of what you can expect and some idea of cooking times etc. I was only able to find two videos online for the appliance. They were sales ads that told you what it would do, but not so much on how to do it.

It's a bit awkward to learn how to use at first as the on and off light always flashes when off and the cooking sequences aren't exactly intuitive, but it's worth the effort to learn. Really like the quality of the build and the temperature and timers soft blue color. This oven pre-heats so fast and it has a really large fan and cooking element on the interior top to air fry with results. This oven is closer to a commercial quality product and my buddy at work just ordered one too.
