Q: Wpuld this work for a leaf sucker that mulches the leaves and debris?

The bag is for a positive pressure(like garden hose) leaf catcher. The bag is manually dumped. For its intended purpose the bag has worked fine for me. The terms "sucker" and "mulches" make me think you are looking for a different product.

Q: Will this work for battery operated water tech pool blaster leaf vac?

It works on my battery operated pool vac and my pool vac that uses a water hose

Q: Can this be used as a lawn vacuum?

I would not, it is fine mesh and lawn debris would shred it

Q: Is this a replacement bag same as the one that came with the big leaf bag vacuum or is it for fine particles too? I need a bag that will trap sand.

This will not trap sand. Only leaves large items
