Naturally Playful Sand Table

This is a great option if your kiddo likes to play with sand but you dont want them to get all sandy each time they do. This makes it less likely they will get fully in the sand and only their hands will be sandy afterwards. Get a play sand bag from lowes or home depot to fill it and get an extra to replenish as it spills on the ground. Great value, the cover is easy on and easy off. Such a good design and size.

My son absolutely loves this sandbox. It is the perfect height for him and he plays in it for hours. Assembly was super easy and my son asks to play in it pretty much every day, often several times a day. The size is great, not taking up too much space on our desk, but also plenty roomy for him to play with the sand and dig and build with his trucks. The lid is a nice extra feature, along with two little bands on the side that let you close it tight so it doesn't blow away or get wet inside. Great sandbox, we love it!

I ordered this for my toddler. The first one arrived and the legs were so hard to get in. Actually, I couldn’t get any of them to fully snap in (and be flush against the red on top) so I looked online and saw others had the issue too. Those people resolved it with forced pressure, dish soap and/ or sanding the excess plastic down. None of those options worked for me so I did a return/ replacement. The second one arrived today and I BARELY used any force to push the legs in and they clicked. While that was frustrating to deal with, my kiddo loves it and typically step 2 items have a decent longevity when cared for properly so 5 stars for now. I can’t comment on if the lid does keep things out. That’s the hope. But we also plan to buy a plastic cover as well. One final thought- we bought a $5 bag of play sand at Home Depot that says .4 cu ft (40 lbs) and it could probably use a second bag but maybe not the whole second bag because it would possibly be right near the top? Didn’t try though. I guess depends on your kid(s). Mine is just learning to play in sand so while we work on keeping it in the table and not putting dirt and stuff in it, we will start with just one because we’ll inevitably be replacing sooner than later.

The legs would not insert without me cutting extra plastic out of three of four leg holes. For cost that should not happen. Other than that the 1 and 2 year olds I bought this for are really enjoying it. It is very sturdy; 2 year olds gets in it on occasion and we wet our sand. Cover is great. Table is just deep enough. Perfect height for toddlers.

Bought this for my 3 year old daughter who is Autistic, she LOVES sand! We are in the middle of moving to Florida so I needed something small enough to bring inside when the weather is less than perfect for her to play in the sand. I did install wheels on this to move it as needed this isn’t to small or to big, it’s actually perfect! I like that the lid can be secured on to prevent any infestations in her sand. Highly recommend. This was a great 60 dollars spent!

Le couvercle n'est pas très solide et il pleut dans le bac à sable. A part cela, ce bac à sable est bien adapté pour des enfants de 2 ou 3 ans.

Bought this for my daughter as a water play table. For some reason most of the other water tables have holes in the water area for the legs to come through, stupid idea to put holes in a water table right? This one is very sturdy, the perfect height and has a nice large play area. It's deep enough to hold quite a bit of water and with it on our patio outside, it's less messy than sand and I don't have to worry about rain getting in and making mud. Perfect product for our needs.

I don't write reviews on Amazon as a habit but this is a brilliant product. I bought it for my 15-month-old daughter and she absolutely loves it. She never gets bored with 'saaaaand' and will play for hours in the garden if I let her. I like it because: 1) it's hardwearing. ok yes it's made of plastic and doesn't look as trendy as some other sandboxes with special wood cladding but it won't rot or discolor or fall apart because the screws got loose. kids don't care about trendy anyway. 2) it's the right size -- not to big, not too small, it can be moved around easily. 2-3 children can play at it easily 3) it's very practical -- it's sturdy, and was easy to put together. it has a cover. 4) it came with free stuff -- a bucket, spades and 2 'claws' -- more than enough sand toys to keep a toddler entertained I could see that maybe with older children, they might have to stoop to play but I solved this problem by buying a small folding chair. My daughter isn't too tall for it yet, but thought I'd go ahead and get one. She loves sitting in her chair and building castles. Buy it.
